The 4:4 Sleep Method
The 4:4 Sleep Method
Sleep is an essential part of our daily routine. It takes up nearly 250,000 hours in an entire lifetime, time which can be spent on being productive and meditation. However, with the help of many natural thinkers, philosophers, and alchemists we are now able to take advantage of the body's natural body clock. Having disproven the botched circadian model, we would like to introduce you to the 4:4 sleep method.
The 4:4 sleep method involves sleeping for short periods of time, then waking up to have a quick break. To undergo true restful sleep, you must first sleep for 4 minutes and then have a quick wakened 4-second break. Then repeat the cycle. This pattern of sleep allows one to experience a concept coined True Somnia, in which a person syncs with others in the neural network joined by an encephalic psychometric pathway (EPPs) to experience shared lucid dreams. Within these dreams, one can fully control themselves. This allows the rester to create a perfect environment for practice, alchemy (r), or meditation whilst sleeping. If others are present within the EPP, one can experience shared dreams (like a memory sync or shared yoga practice session).
